This handsome horse is a great age and has a lot of training under his belt. He is very laid back, yet will move out when asked. He loves the trail and is easy to ride. He gets along well with other horses and he crosses mud and water on the trail.
Current on shots, wormings, and farrier visits. He stands tied, good for the farrier, will stand in crossties, or tied in his stall or to a trailer, etc. No known injuries or health issues. Has been with current owner for 5 years, and one other owner previous to that. Stands for fly spray, easy to light mouthed with a snaffle bit, direct reining. Stops fine with rein and voice cues. He gets ridden regularly and has always had great care. He is not spooky on the trail and he is brave and willing. Loads and tacks well.
Easy keeper, and can be stalled or turned out. Longes, responds to voice commands, can go on the trails alone or will follow. Would be great but not limited to endurance, dressage or English riding. He would thrive at endurance and would look great and work hard in the show ring! Current on shots and coggins. Predominately Polish breeding.
He raced from 2003 to 2007 on the track, and as a 3 year old ran 2nd in the Juvenile Stakes, 3rd in the Lone Star Futurity Stakes. Reserve 4 year old Champion in Michigan. Retired from racing sound and is currently getting ridden on trail and in the arena.
